Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Altave Life does with information when you use altavelife.com. The short version is that we collect very little, because a site with no accounts and no payments has very little reason to.

Information you give us

The only way to send us personal information is to write to us. If you email our support address, we receive your address, whatever you choose to put in the message, and any technical details you include. We use that solely to answer you, and we keep the correspondence only as long as it is useful for that purpose.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting infrastructure records standard server logs when a page is requested: an IP address, the time of the request, the page requested, and basic browser information. These logs exist for security and diagnostics and are not used to build a profile of you.

Game data

Your coin balance, chosen side, and stake exist only in your browser's memory while the page is open. They are not transmitted to us, not written to a server, and not retained after you close or reload the page. We keep no record of how you played, what you staked, or how any round resolved.

Cookies and similar technologies

The game itself sets no cookies and requires none to function. Where any cookie is used at all it is strictly necessary for the site to be served securely. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels, or behavioural profiling, and we do not sell or share information with data brokers.

Children

Altave Life is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under that age. If you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Third parties

Web fonts are loaded from a third-party font service, which as a technical consequence of serving those files may receive your IP address and browser information. Our hosting provider processes requests on our behalf. Beyond these, no third party receives data through this site.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold, to object to certain processing, or to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Because the only personal information we typically hold is email correspondence, such requests are usually simple to fulfil. Write to us and we will act on them.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection and we apply reasonable technical measures to protect the limited information we hold. No method of transmission over the internet is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes

If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted here with an updated date. Continuing to use the site after a change indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
